Program consists of 2 in-person retreats & 6 months of online content & monthly phone meetings Retreat Dates for 2020 : January 17-21 & July 11-14
Learning Objectives
Identify and honor intersectional & multi-directional influences on clients’ sexual issues and sexual health
Utilize the Holistic Client-Focused Assessment Model for Sexual Health
Demonstrate current understanding of trauma, PTSD, and effective treatments & how they relate to the spectrum of sexual diversity
Apply critical thinking skills in regards to trends and controversies related to sex and how they affect clients

This training is designed for experienced mental health professionals with some background in sex-positive thinking. Pre-licensed mental health professionals are welcome with an introductory interview. Coaches in the field of sexual health are welcome.

Cost for full certification is $1800. A deposit of $900 is required to hold your spot. Full refund available with cancellation notification by Dec 15 2019.
The certification program is cohort-based so it is experiential with small groups (maximum 20 people per cohort). Case presentations are a part of the training.
Retreats will be held in Santa Cruz CA at the Best Western Capitola By-the -Sea Inns & Suites. Room rate discounts will be available for program attendees.
